Samantha Tzoberi focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as complex commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. Sam has extensive experience representing clients in distressed loan situations including commercial and consumer bankruptcy representation, both for secured and unsecured loans, asset recovery, and judgment enforcement.
Sam completed her undergraduate education with magna cum laude honors and graduated cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia State University Law Review. After finishing law school, she accumulated more than a decade of experience at some of the nation’s largest law firms. Sam was selected as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine for eight consecutive years and has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 2019.
