Samantha Tzoberi focuses her practice on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, as well as complex commercial litigation, mortgage defense litigation, real estate litigation, and consumer regulatory litigation. Sam has extensive experience representing creditors in distressed loan situations including commercial and consumer bankruptcy representation, both for secured and unsecured loans, asset recovery, and judgment enforcement. Sam regularly provides counsel to large financial institutions, community banks, lenders, business owners, and landlords, and understands their unique business needs and goals.
Sam completed her undergraduate education with magna cum laude honors and graduated cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia State University Law Review. After finishing law school, she accumulated more than a decade of experience at some of the nation’s largest law firms. Sam was selected as a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine for eight consecutive years and has been selected as a Super Lawyer for 2019.
